Pre-registration (on-line) is required.
Registration fee is FREE and attendance is invitation-based.
Pre-registration will close on September 5 September 19, 2014, 12:00 (noon) JST or earlier if the number of attendants reaches full capacity of the venue.
Please note that you will need to cover your own travel and accommodation costs.
