Basic policy

  • Attendance of the ICEF 6th Annual Meeting is invitation-based and free of charge.
  • Participants will be required to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.
  • The forum will be conducted in English. Simultaneous interpretation between English and Japanese will be conducted.

Application for Requesting Invitation is already closed for ICEF 2019.

*NOTE: ICEF Secretariat will NOT provide any support to those who need a visa to enter Japan for the Meeting. Please make your application by yourself.
