Low-carbon Technologies and Heat Island Measures for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics

According to media coverage, a variety of advanced technologies is to be adopted for the National Stadium to be built anew for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and heat island measures will be required in order to provide a good temperature environment especially for Marathon runners.
